She has a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Paraná. She has extensive experience working on technical recruitment. Before joining Nubank (2021), worked in companies such as EBANX, Leads2b, and Aiqfome. Beatriz is passionate about reading, meditating, dancing, and drinking tea — a lot of tea!
